How long does the battery last, and what happens if it runs out?
The lock uses 8 AA alkaline batteries, typically lasting 6–12 months, depending on usage. If the battery is low, the system will notify you. In case of complete drainage, you can use the Type-C emergency charging port or the mechanical keys to unlock the door.
Can I share temporary access with guests or workers?
Yes! The DL05 supports temporary access codes, allowing you to generate time-limited passwords for visitors, maids, or delivery personnel. You can also manage access remotely via the EZVIZ App.
